Our beliefs

We believe that there is one true and living God, eternally co-existing in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, who is everlasting, infinite in power, wisdom, and goodness. He is the intelligent, spiritual, and personal Being, the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of all things both visible and invisible.

We believe that the Holy Bible consisting of sixty six books is God’s inspired Word and His infallible revelation to mankind. It is the only authoritative and sufficient rule of faith and practice.

We believe that the Holy Bible consisting of sixty six books is God’s inspired Word and His infallible revelation to mankind. It is the only authoritative and sufficient rule of faith and practice.

We believe in the deity of our our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious death, His bodily resurrection, his ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal future return in midair for the church and to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations.

We believe that man was created good and upright , but he sinned and thereby incurred both physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God.

We believe that man’s only hope of redemption is through the blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ. Being justified by grace through faith, man becomes an heir of God, according to the hope of eternal life.

We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is promised to all believers, and they should ardently expect and earnestly seek for the promise. It brings an endowment of power for Christian living and service. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is witnessed by physical signs such as speaking in tongues and subsequent manifestation of spiritual gifts.

We believe in two ordinances commanded for the church which are : Water baptism by immersion and Holy Communion. We believe that baptism in water by immersion, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit should be observed by all who have repented and accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and also have been raised with Him to walk in the newness of life. The believers should participate in the Holy Communion which is a remembrance of the suffering and death of Jesus Christ and the promise of His return.

We believe that the Scriptures teach a life of holiness and sanctification, which is an act of separation from evil and dedication to God. Believers must earnestly pursue sanctification by walking in obedience to God’s Word. The Holy Spirit will enable them to live a holy life.

We believe that the church is the Body of Christ and each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the church. The primary reasons for being a part of the Church are: To be an agency of God for evangelizing the world, to be a corporate body to worship God and to be a channel of God’s purpose to build a body of saints being perfected in the image of God.

We believe in the Second Coming of Christ which includes the rapture of the saints, followed by the visible return of Christ with His saints to reign forever.
